Hand Stitched ball

OUR TRADITIONAL MANUFACTURING METHOD SINCE 1968.

HAND-STITCHED.
The 32 panels of our hand-stitched footballs are sewn together using 630 double stitches and 60 corner stitches. Our specially trained seamstresses need about 2-3 hours to produce a finished ball out of a bladder, 18 m of thread, 20 hexagons and 12 pentagons. After the last stitch, the ball is closed off—especially for DERBYSTAR—with a double knot. With this method, seamstresses can process top quality and thicker outer materials, which is why our hand-stitched balls are of outstanding quality.
