MANUFACTURING METHODS

HAND STITCHED BALL
The 32 panels of our hand-stitched footballs are sewn together using 630 double stitches and 60 corner stitches. Our specially trained seamstresses need about 2-3 hours to produce a finished ball out of a bladder, 18 m of thread, 20 hexagons and 12 pentagons.

DUAL BONDED+ BALL
This method is an absolute novelty in football production as it is a combination of stitching and gluing. First, a special adhesion is applied to the edges of the 32 panels. Once the glue has dried, the panels are sewn together by hand. The ball is then placed in a two-part mold, the closed form is heated and the ball inflated.

DUAL BONDED BALL
The Dual Bonded manufacturing method is very similar to the Dual Bonded+ method. But in this case, the panels were stitched by a machine instead of a hand-stitched finish.
